Americans Rank "Limits on Jury Verdicts" 11th out of 12 in Health Care Priorities

NEW YORK — The Kaiser Family Foundation and the Harvard School of Public Health released a survey, Health Care Agenda for the New Congress (January 11, 2005) reporting that of all the many health care problems in this country, restricting jury verdicts is not an important priority for Americans. The survey found that limiting jury verdicts ranked 11th out of a possible 12 on a list of health care concerns.
